Oil prices are up because of complete speculation of drill rigs in the US. Correct me if im wrong. But Saudi has not agreed to cut production, and the US and canada are still pumping the stuff into train cars now to store it.

Iran has said that it wont. Russia has said it will if the US corps do. Be careful guys.
