The

They import more. There is also a decrease for the shale oil and the cancellation of future projects. They can actually pump more the wells already active. They say that the Saudi who are an indiscutable ally to the US are keeping the production high to hurt the US production. It is absurb. They are losing billion $ and are dictated by the US to do so to hurt the Iran and Russian economy. The Russian can not be attacked directly but if its population is mad enough about their lower quality of life, they could take down the best world leader. The Saudi are already trying to borrow 10 billions. Why wouldn't they make an accord with the OPEP members to have a price at about 60.00$ / baril that would still hurt the shale oil producers while they could make a lot more money. Also, pissing off the US would not be a good thing for the Saudi who could be attacked (It will not happen, the US need them). It is dictated by the US like the way they supported the rebels (aka FSA aka Al Qaida) in Syria. It is just dirty politic.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Fantastic to live in your world.
