RE:RE:what do the new 1,762 units represent?

RE:RE:what do the new 1,762 units represent? If I had to guess solely on this single press release, I would not expect much of a move.

But as expressed by others like nutcase [https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/t.ort/orbite-technologies-inc?postid=24626018], there are signs that something is coming and the next 1-2 weeks should be interesting.

In terms of the direction of the share price, my guess is that it will go up since almost everyone that is closer to the action has been accepting the terms offered byt the company to buy shares at 40 cents.  This includes:
- key suppliers accepting the opportunity to buy shares instead of getting their payments in cash,
- Euro Pacific going for a bigger lot of units to sell instead of running with what they have earned so far,
- the sell of the units that has taken place so far (not what has been announced)
- management increasing the offering instead of closing it.

The timing of this announcement tells me that management is confident that this offer will look very attractive to the buyers of those units in the near term (before April 15).  For any buyer to consider those units attractive there has to be good news showing the potential of ORT and pushing the share price up.

Of course all of the above is pure speculation on my part and anything can happen.
