To be fair, as well as interpretive issues, a strong factor in the failure of the Phoenix mine was the fact that they went into production based only on a PEA - no PFS or BFS. Not sure why you are calling Cochenour a failure at this point - they started developement found an interpretive issue so stopped and are remodelling - work is on going.
