RE:RE:RE:As sent to Yappn Mgmt and BoDDid you read the deal?  It states that Winterberry takes control of receivables of yappn and all it's subsiduaries.  He is the collateral agent.

The tech ideas were never that great.  DL starts something when something seems hot.
