schocor, i think the opprotunity for another company to make an offer is far past now. The agreement is what it is. as far as the 1M deposit, i have no doubt that this money is deposited, as its forward looking and i would think it would be illegal to say such things if it werent true. But with that said, the reason iam not dumping all my recent gold earnings into this stock is because they are shady, and this deal could still, in theory, not happen. If it fails to happen, i say it was set-up. But ill give the companies the benefit of the doubt, and say its a 75% chance of actually finalizing.
