RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover talksAre you trying to bait me here with this "Takeover Talks" thread?  The idea of a buyout at $70 / share at this time not only strikes an aporetic chord with me, it is outright laughable.  Now I recognize that I am fairly naive and gullible, and I may even be convinced that aliens control our share price (LOL),
but I do not believe that there is a takeover happening now.  AMCo was a relatively unknown UK firm before Concordia bought it and there is limited recent financial data on regulatory financial portals for any takeover.   Even the most rabid acquirer will want a show and tell for a few quarterss.  Especially now with our big brother now up in flames the landscape for M&A has changed course for spec pharma.  No?  Yes?  

And if anyone is thinking an activist takeover there was a press release back in October 2015 advising of an Adoption of Advance Notice By Law.  So that means no chance of a hostile takeover either.  Sorry to diappoint you.
