RE:RE:RE:RE:Lots ofThe Zaruma mill has worked fine.  Recoveries have been above projections.  capacity is well above what the Zaruma mine will produce for the next 5 years.

The Zaruma mine has disappointed.  The company has had very limited funds available for development.  The mine has encountered problems not unusual with restarts.  Have to navigate old workings and waste.  Where it was accessible, the best ore has already been taken.  Flooding.

I think Dynasty makes sense as long as it can be developed independent of the Zaruma mine.

Maybe a Dynasty partner will accept an earn-in arrangement where they finance all capex and then get 80% of the cash flow until they have earned a 20% return, then they get 20% of cash flow and Dynasty keeps 80%.
