RE:Offtake - Tesla or Faraday ?How about the Chinese? It would be a great way for them to own a US asset by going around the US' federal gov't.'s objections over foreign control of strategic US minerals. But they would want control over mining. That would mean a takeover rather than an off-take agreement.
