RE:RE:RE:This DMMMetal, if they tried to raise significant capital through selling shares, they would drive the stock price down to zero.  Look when happened when Sprott tried to sell shares.  Dynasty was lucky to get the debt deal, but with debt comes risk of bankruptcy.  So far the mine has been a failure.  If they cannot get the mine running at a profit, printing shares is a temporary solution at best.  Refer to Great Basin Gold to see an example of a gold mining company that could not get their mine working.
