RE:RE:RE:two pieces of positive news:Relisting is a possability, but I wouldn't imagine that it will happen any time soon. I think they need to exit the SISP before they can relist (I could be wrong).
You must remeber that GuestLogix may still be looking for sale or investment of the GuestLogix side of the company, even after Open Jaw is sold.
Personally, I think after Open Jaw transaction is closed (remember, this isn't a done deal just yet...!), GuestLlogix will be open up to potential buyers for GXI business. As we know, that could mean full buy-out or investment into guestlogix. I think guestlogix will use money earned from open jaws sale to pay creditors and invest in themselves just to make them a stronger proposition for sale, ie; GuestLogix will sell themselves after the Open Jaw sale is final.
I'm very interestd to know whow much Open Jaw will be sold for.
