did a rough calculation of book value  it means subtracting the total liabilities from total assets  including the mill  and gold oz in the ground  in reality we could be around 48 cents per share for book value . the market value would be higher if you generate a profit and a liability if you are losing money . MTO next quarter should generate some profit so either way the share price is undervalued today . A fair price to pay for mto today should be half of 48 cents or .24 cents until things are proven . Sprott knows this and has no problem stealing mto shares on the cheap. When moroy and Barry calculation comes in and first quarter turns positive with some help from gold we could break 48 cents . jmo not much risk at .105  cents .
