RE:RE:RE:New RMC Press Release

RE:RE:RE:New RMC Press ReleaseYes I got my holes! I wish a couple porphyry holes were included but nice to see news flowing again. I does read like house keeping because there is no spin or positive comments just the bare minimum was reported. I do not get any of the analyst reports so anything you could pass along on what they are saying about this release would be much appreciated.

I would not be surprised if they spin this deal out into a new company with the name Timok in it, and keep all the other exploratory assets in Reservoir Minerals. If Rio Tinto does not come into this deal I would think they would keep the Serbia leases that are not controlled by Freeport in Reservoir Minerals. They did a deal like this when they spun Reservoir Minerals out of Reservoir Capital. Their best asset was the Hydro project in Serbia and it stayed in Reservoir Capital. The mining assets were spun out and valued at a small fraction of the total company value since no discoveries had been made yet. That is why we were able to buy shares as low as 40 to 50 cents before the discovery. I think management would like to have that opportunity again with their other leases especially since Rio is now in the picture. Frankly so would I maybe lightning will strike twice with these guys.
