Giga factory

Giga factoryThe gigafactory is NOT an automotie assembly plant.  It is a battery manufacturer.  They accept raw materials to make batteries.  These batteries are then shipped to the end users, one of which will be Tesla Motors, in Fremont California.  They are scheduled to begin producing batteries in 2017, reaching full production by 2020.
