can someone explain me please?

Why is their still sellers again? I understand some made 100% and are good with it?!? but

With actualised value from revenus and net profit, their is a 5--600% upside EASY, the deal is SCEALED AND DONE, so they are expected to generate 400 MILLIONS IN profit over the next 10 years, and it worth 50 millions now !?!??! EXCLUDING OTHER OPERATIONS

It is a 75 cent stock now with that deal, I am the only one to realise it????
