RE:RE:It's not all about TeslaEquivalent of $2.00(US)/share. I say "equivalent" because valuing and buying FCO's assets rather than stock would enable the purchaser to take depreciation, amortization and depletion against its sales of product. Those tax benefits would be unavailable to a buyer of FCO's stock.
