RE:RE:RE:RE:It's not all about Tesla

RE:RE:RE:RE:It's not all about TeslaUntil more ore gets proved up we can not be certain of the total ore value at this mine but here how I think may end up.  I speculate the share along these lines of thinking.

From part of 1 ore zone that we already have proven up has 10 years of mining of 1500 tons per year of high grade cobalt (plus some other metals).= 15,000 tons cobalt + byproducts
Assume each of the other 17 ore zones only match what we already proven to date in this small part of one zone.
Tthere may be more zones to find as well but ignore that point too until we know.

So in addition to what we aleady have proven up I expect we have:

1 - 17 more zones x 15,000 tons of cobalt alone is easily possible = 255,000 tons
2 - Plus the gold, copper aleady known in the present proven ore,  Likely there is more to find too.

The mine and mill already being in place and operational makes the new ore much cheaper to produce because we will in future have less overheads and capital requiements but for this exercise assume the same cost per pound to mine it as now at $4.24 a pound.

Multiply that by the estimated cobalt price.
With one existing zone at $15 a pound cobalt and 1500 tons per year we are at a value of 32 cents per share gross earnings per year before taxes, depreciation etc.

In my scenario, multiply 23 cents from our one existing zone by 18 zones to arrive at
32 x18 = $5.76 gross earnings per share per year if it were all mined over 10 years with the same 93 million shares outstanding.
That would come to $57.60 gross earnings per share over ten years if it were all mined in 10 years, whch it will not be.

Yes many discounts for time value of money and realities like taxes have to be applied to such scenarios and are not in this demonstration.

Of course these are swag estimates and projected figures that can vary up or down but they do show the rich possibilities and potential value of a share of FCO. Discount them and use your own math as you wish.. This is only scenario based my assumptions above.
However I do think this is a very good mine to own.

For this exercise I have assigned no value to FCO's other properties but they are worth money too.

Do your own due diligence. Let me know what you come up with.
