RE:Funny thing Hey Bigwhiskey, can you tell me how you got the "by April 26" date.  I am a noteholder & have not received anything yet.  Niko tells me the terms/agreement will be out by today.  Just checked sedar and nothing new in April.   My broker is completely in the dark.  I'm thinking that it's a no-brainer and they will get much much more than the 67% needed but the "by" date is questionable.
