RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:May June Good macro "puzzle fitting" discussion. Let me preface that I certainly don't know the future as proven by a near 50% loss the past 2 months on HVU here. Took a real spanking.
However, I do see a macro deflationary event taking place where clueless investors flock to USD as their safe haven, instead of the real safe haven: gold. For this reason I see Gold taking part in the deflationary abuse (as all commodities typically would). And yes, I'm very bearish on stocks too.
I don't know the catalyst, only that stocks are over extended upside and USD index is overextended downside. But then again I said that at S&P 1960! Love the markets *eye roll* lol
Here's a copy of the Gold COT report that I was referencing and you can do your own studies. Note Commercial Speculators in red on the first of 2 "lower indicator" graphs below the price chart. New exposure updated weekly which actually falls on today (I think 4:30?). So the chart should have fresh info later tonight.
