RE:RE:Never say die to JRI.Hate to correct but.  Drilling practise has to be released in one year from spud.  However the mud company, personnel and others involved in the drilling will share the info to get that next job so there will be no issues for any other driller to come in and drill.  Plus I understand SMI did it to themselves by bad drilling practices...which they learned from but common sense got them to TD.  A royalty interest (depending on how it was derived...farmout, etc. etc) would typically involve well info.  So JRI would probably have well info if they do indeed have a royalty interest (which I do not know for sure if they have).
