The best way to transition to the NAS would be a funding with a recognized VC or maybe a boutique broker dealer who has a rep for finding and incubating high tech start ups. Cowen and Co. could be one and maybe there are others. If they did a decent raise at say $ 1.50 , maybe 20 million shares , that might give the stock the lift it needs to get it to the $ 2.00 range and after a 3 for 1 it would qualify for the NAS which in turn would make the stock more attractive to other US investors/brokers and it might take off from there.
We need to grease the wheels of commerce and paying commission is one way of doing it.
