Fidelity Controversy + Volume

Fidelity Controversy + VolumeJust to clear this idiotic debate up, Fidelity has 3 seperate funds that hold positions in UR.

Fidelity Canadian Growth Company Cl F - 5.8M shares
Fidelity True North Cl F - 5.5M shares
Fidelity Special Situations Class T8 - 4M shares.

All of Fidelity's positions are held and reported for under the larger umbrella of Fidelity Institutional Asset Management.

Fidelity does have to report changes to their position.

On the thesis that there is a large seller - I fail to see any evidence of this. UR has experienced relatively flat avg. volume for the past few months. The daily volume is created by market makers to allow for a liquid market, the majority of shares you see on the daily ticker are recycled, they are not "new" positions being created.

I am still holding my position, capital markets day clearly failed to meet my expectations but as the seeking alpha blog post noted, the downside from $1.00 is capped because Deimos is worth UR's market cap. So there seems little point in selling given the MOU's may be declared in the next couple months and spark a run into the $2-$4 range.

GL.
