RE:CIBC and National

RE:CIBC and NationalHopefully LTS Management is not in collusion with them.

We have seen how Companies like PRE (Pacific) and Sgl (Spyglass)
drastically revaluing their Assets down, then walked away, leaving Shareholders with nothing.

Lightstream also had heavy revaluation on their Assets too, and now that oil has turn
around I hope they are done with all these writeoffs.-- we will see next week (Q1 2016)

Hope LTS don't sell the Company out cheap either.
The CFO said in March 2016

"Our strategy for 2015 was to execute conservative capital program as Rene mentioned and preserve our long-term asset value and commodity prices and service cost adjusted so that we could generate returns that need or exceed our investment hurdles. Earlier in 2015, we estimated that that would occur at price of above $65 of barrel for WTI. Now given further reductions in anticipated service cost, we would estimate WTI needs to be in the range of somewhere between $40 and $50 per barrel in order for us to initiate and operate the drilling program"

Only my opinion
