Any comment on difficulties buying GLH ?

Any comment on difficulties buying GLH ? I wanted to ask the board a question.
Yesterday I tried to buy/add to my GLH holdings. I had to literally beg, whine, and cojole CIBC to buy the shares for me. CIBC at first refused to place my buy order of 20,000 shares. Telling me that because GLH was not on a "proper" exchange, I should not be allowed to purchase the stock. My broker had to take a request to upper management in order to buy $5600.00 worth of stock. Has anyone else had this problem with CIBC or any other institution?
