production guidanceThey did 75,000 BOE's in Q1 and their guidance mid-point is 70,000, so they are expecting an average of 68,000 for the balaance of the year. That's disappointing though I assume they are being conservative, which is wise. So there is definitely a possibility of an upward revision - but really BTE needs $50 WTI for their heavy oil to be viable.
My overall take on Q1 is that they are doing as well as can be expected and that that will definitely be the worst 2016 quarter. But for production volumes to grow and for their balance sheet to improve, they really need $50 oil.
