Debt swaps

Debt swapsIt seems like the syndicate of Banks were unhappy with LTS 
action last year.

With the Debt swaps LTS was borrowing by issuing US Bonds
and paying off the lower rate cad dollar LOC Debt.

Looks like this cut was a punishment for that.

Only my opinion.
