Dundee must like where things are at if he got out the checkbook. That final bank feasability is a must have item. He could make a lot of money on shares bought at 30 cents.

Obviously this negotiation has been ongoing for sometime. Dundee wanted the deal at certain price levels. The price started to runaway, then we drop a bunch, no news around, now we got some cash. Hmmmm....coincidence? Probably won't take long to get those warrants in the money either. All just speculation of course, I'm guessing.

We are flapping in the wind as we hang on to his coattails.
