RE:RE:RE:RE:$600 compared to $6,000Jeff..... That's the point.... CXR is primarily a generic drug company.... The insurance companies will have to switch more to generics to save money.... And that bodes well for CXR
quote=JustforFun7]agree on the breadth of the selloff, CXR not singled out.
But as far as thepricing of drugs., I thnk it is obvious that drug prices are coming down. Not just because of Hillary or the public outcry against large price increases. The healthcare system simply cannot pay those sorta prices anymore. If the insurers are at the end of their rope like I think they are, either people pay higher premiums to pay for the price increases or insurers switch to generics or simply drop coverage.
I just hope the CEO is being honest enough with himslef about the impact when he is setting targets. If he continues to miss targets and continues to lower targets, the shorts will just have more fodder to pund the stock price down.
The best answer he can have is to pay down the debt and demonstrate ongoing ability to pay down the debt. That is the true strength of the shorts case to continue to drive this share pice lower. Fear, negative media coverage and trading bots are the tools for pushing it down further.
