RE:Price Increases

RE:Price IncreasesLETTUCE..... Wrong again...... Most of the price increases were up to 2 years before Sep 5...... Some of the price increases were between signing and close. Once again short and distort gang that couldn't shoot straight.

Lattice wrote: Amber Kanwar in her deep dive finds out most of the price increases happend right before Concordia took over and happened in September.  But wait....   Concordia signed the AMCo agreement on September 5th .... it didn't close until October 21st because Concordia was having difficulty selling the debt.  So then we have the big price increases happening from the signing date of agreement to the closing date of agreement.  This screams big time acquistional accounting games in terms of trying to make assets look better once they are folded. And investors wonder why MT is now silent on the matter of price gouging?   Pure gold!
