The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

RE:spin-off

My guess is because UBR was priced around $0.03/share before Purevap, the new gold company will be priced similarly. With the current price of UBR around $0.15/share, we may be fortunate enough to get 1 new share for every 5 shares of the original company. Of course, I really have no clue, but wouldn't it be something if I was right? :) What does everyone else think? In my opinion only. Thanks-Buda.
