Its properties include Cerro Las Minitas and Oro. The Cerro Las Minitas property is a silver- lead-zinc property, which is in the northeast of the city of Durango in Durango State, Mexico. The Oro property is a gold-silver-copper- lead-zinc property, which is in the southwest of the Silver City porphyry copper district.

CIM definitions were followed for classification of Mineral Resources

Indicated - 36.5Mozs AgEq: 10.8Mozs Ag, 189Mlbs Pb and 207Mlbs Zn; and

Inferred - 77.3Mozs AgEq: 17.5Mozs Ag, 237Mlbs Pb and 626Mlbs Zn

Out of 113 million oz AgEq, only 28 million oz is silver/PM's. The rest is basemetals. So only 25% of metal value is silver. Sounds like a base metals company to me.
