Managing Investor expectations and letting them down

gently is the aim. The stock is grossly over bought and it's unlikely we will ever get financed at these levels and managements options are set much too high and they need to be re priced to be attractive as an incentive to keep and attract other good people.
Sad for some maybe but the stock has been priced for perfection for far too long and lots of people got hurt in the frenzy. A reality check isn't a bad thing, puts everyone on a equal footing going forward.
