RE:RE:RE:529M shares outstanding/Reverse split?There are many other companies with substantially MORE shares outstanding, yet a much higher market cap (300+ mill) with tiny revenues like e.g. Goldroad having 700 MM market cap:

If a company is leveraged such favorable like USA, even a bigger number of shares might not be a show stopper to climb even higher.
Also Sprott would not have invested into it either, if they would not see a promising and solid potential with the new management in such a short time.
All other issues with a new mine entry etc. are just temporary problems, which will be solved (easily), even if takes a bit longer than expected.
