They're no longer behind the 8 ball where cash is concerned 

-No further low level dilution needed - that is a plus. 
-$8Million Canadian In hand to shop around for a new 100% owned project - they actually now have some leverage to work with with plenty of high quality distressed projects on the market - maybe they'll score a gem while preserving cash and earning some interest. 
-In addition to the 2018 production schedule if Arunatni continues to move forward rapidly a 1% net smelter royalty said to be worth $100 - $200 Million over a ten year mine life. 

Wasn't the happy ending Most expected it would be but its a solid foundation to build from this time if they play their cards right.
