RE:RE:RE:Sinking ShipThe loans are normally secured against the value of the land. Keeping the risk low. In some cases the land value actually appreciates past the loan value. This is what I undestand happened last time. Management should probably come out and just say how this particular loan is secured, and the recovery rate estimated on default. But perhaps maybe due to legal proceedings they can't specify just yet.
