What are we talking about? I thought we were talking about the May 16th news release saying they were swapping $616,434 in debt to equity. It is a board member (who ever had to abstain from the vote that is doing the swap). I can't see who it actually was in the NR. Winner is that not what you were talking about? Monty I never mentioned 7 million. I think you have me confused with someone else.
