Now that the vote has been done. The management must have won their position. They need not answer us, the small shareholder. If you are looking to make a decent amount of money from this, stop looking at KBG. I, like you am very dissatiasfied with their treatment of the smaller shareholders. We'll look into our accounts and see that 50,000 shares turned into 5000, at .05 cent?. It's stay in for the long haul, or we will be, proverbially, screwed.
T^hat's why the stcok price, (sp), went to .01 cents today. I don't know anymore than you do, I am just guessing. And, like you, and pissed off.
Maybe the stock exchange should look into their dealings? Insider stuff? The big boys getting their money back? Who knows.
Like scanner said, time to use the losses, unfortunately for me, it would have been nice to benefit from this.
