You agree $48-$50 is a fair deal based on what?

10x EBITDA would put us around $85CDN a share.

9x EBITDA would be about $75CDN a share

8x EBITDA would be about $68CDN a share

So you are saying a fair deal would be in the 5.5X EBITDA range? That would be pure robbery of us shareholders. No way any large holders would go for that.
