Yes. Dilution and a buyback of shares at possibly higher prices? The private placement  a share + warrant for $4.17.  It would appear management is not working for the best interests of shareholders.  8% drop 1 day after the press release.  Will we see a "low ball" buy out or perhaps a Management buy out.???
