Who would sell?

Who would sell?Interesting note:
I recently asked someone 'why would people sell uex shares at this stage, when it seems so likely we will see an increase in s/p with the summer drill program thats about to start?
It was pointed out to me that globalx uranium etf holds a lot of uex shares and that when their cash levels drop to a certain level, they have to sell. That they are supposed to sell even portions of their holdings but some stocks are more liquid than others.
I thought it was an interesting comment and that it might be worth it for us small investors to keep an eye on the GLOBAL X ETF CASH BALANCE ( I think the symbol is URA on the nyse). We might get a heads up before they dump shares. Does anyone know where to find that info?
I don't have any current data but in june 2015 they held just under 20 million shares or just under 9% of uex.
