Q on the JV partner ETG - Entree Gold

Q on the JV partner ETG - Entree Gold...maybe someone who follow the whole story really closely can help:
 - so if RIO is really ready to consolidate the project and take over TRQ wouldn`t it be very likely they also buy-out ETG which owns a 20% carried interest in Hurega and the Hugo North extension + most of the surroinding land.
I mean if Rio has to put up something like 3Billion, why not spent another 100-150mm and really consolidate the whole district.
And its not just " adjected land" play, as Hugo North is already part of the approved mine expansion plan
to me this looks like its even somewhat likely RIO might go for ETG first, which than might provide near certaintly TRG is next.

If someone has arguments why that might be unlikely, for example because of certain legal agreements or special proviosn in the orgiinal ETG/TRQ JV agreement i woud be very thankfull for a comment.

Howeverm looking at PAGE 10 of the ETG Corp Pres, it seems there might be some rationale for a full takeover.
