I always thought due diligence meant learning the good and the bad about a company. To me the bad is always more important than the good. If all you want to hear is the good in order to reinforce a bad decision you made,(the most common psychological investor mistake) just ask the businesses management as its always in the in their best interest to paint a rosy picture. So here is the truth. This company will more than likely not exist in 3 years. And if you are one of the employees hoping to cut losses by pumping it up than you already know that. I would prefer to laugh from the sidelines.
