NEWS! TBE, LTS and BTE MERGE!!!!

NEWS! TBE, LTS and BTE MERGE!!!!
Imagine!  Not really a merger but actually a friendly take over by BTE!

As a shareholder of all three (new to TBE and LTS), I highly approve of it!

Imagine! BTE is in the acquisition game and is just finishing swallowing its big 2014 acquisition.  Big digestion, perfectly wrong timing.  But the debt is taken care of until 2020/2021.

I think the bolder Canadian oils need make a statement. Funding would be done through a bought deal with the top two retail brokerages in Canada (RBC and TD). Pay of the difficult lenders who aren't in the right space at the right time.

Show Peters and National the door ASAP since they can't get a decent deal for shareholders.

There is a confirmed oil bull run.  No need to firesale anything if you have the right lenders/investors on board.

Disclaimer:  This is just according to "sources close to the company" who happen to be owning these companys.  One as a strategic invesment and two as a speculative ones.

This is like 2008/2009 again, but this time, I'm more aggressive.  Enjoy the gains as this all gets settled.

TBEs aren't bad but TBE.DB is better. I think?  LTS is a safer play IMHO and BTE is the boring home run.
