North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NSU downsideDavis already addressed the issue of the dividend in the conference call of the Timok merger.  He didn't say so directly but used other terms, something like "enhancing shareholders returns" is the main goal.

I expect that the divident will be reduced within the next 9 months and the money redirected more efficiently.  Heck who would complain when the stock rises one dollar  or two, replacing a dividend of 16 cents?  The reduced dividend would pay for the exploration funding for Timok and still leave the new NSU balance sheet strength intact or even growing.

That is the key.  Financial strength, Mining experience, Mining operating team, one great operanding mine with growing reserves and Timok that someone else said will be the largest European copper mine
