1st Lien lender stepping in versus asset sales
1st Lien lender stepping in versus asset sales As a short term investor on Lightstream, I vote for asset sales if the assets are repriced for rational oil prices of $50-80.
If the 1st lien holders step in with differed payments like they did on BTE, market confidence is set and recovery happens quickly.
Assets sales is a longer term killer. That's what the bashers here want. Cheap assets and capitulated investors. They have exhausted the real investors, only people trading are traders and buyers are contrarians who don't wait for "direction" except at the sector level.
