RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NSU downsideYou're right, they're crooks. But we need to learn from our experiences and capitalize. A few months ago right prior to gold taking off, canadian investment houses, eliminated the margin on Yamana, when it was trading below the $3.00 level. It was unique to Yamana, as other gold companies trading below $3.00 were not affected. Guess what? Gold tanked to around $1100, Yamana got pushed down to around the $2.00 canadian, flushing everybody out, scaring everybody, with Goldman leading the charge, on their gold call below $1,000.
Six months later, Yamana is trading over $6.00 cdn on a gold move of about 15 to 20%.
So I agree with you - it is a rigged game -
We need to take advantage when a buying oppurtunity is being provided by these crooks. The new NSU is one of those oppurtunities.
The shakeout is on. That is why I tried to arrive at the "bottom level". However, you need to incorporate in your thinking a worse case scenario than that in case of something major occurring. As the crooks would pile on as they did during 2007-2008,
I limit buying on margin. I got lucky with Reservoir. My timing was impeccable, as I bought a few months ago. I'm really excited about the new NSU, and love the merger.
The shakeout will be over when the weak hands are out.
