Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. The deposit is a Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Silver-Rhenium project. Its subsidiaries include 3537137 Canada Inc., Northern Dynasty Partnership, U5 Resources Inc., Pebble West Claims Corporation, and others.

According to NDM, the State of Alaska is generally in support of the project...Are they a plaintiff in the lawsuit? Are they willing to testify on the company's behalf, or do they consider it too hot a political potato to touch?...The answer to that would have strong bearing on the outcome.

Sorry for my ignorance, I am just beginning to examine the legal aspects of this project. Talk about stumbling into a "mine" field!...
