RE:Unfair Trade PracticesYou always have a right to be paid fair value for your shares. You dissent and demand it. Have been through this three times over the last 20 years. Dundee Realty was taken out at less than fair value in 2003. You can do this with or without a lawyer. You will never "win" as all suits settle before going to court.
