Debenture Rules

Debenture RulesIf Zargon does not sell and if June 2017 comes do the debentures just get converted to shares?  I think this was asked and answered earlier but couldn't find it.  If true that it gets converted then at least Zargon is not looking at recievership.  A conversion then just leaves a ton of shares out and maybe $65 or 70M of debt.  That credit facility will continue to get pulled back but surely Zargon is worth more than the net debt after the debenture is gone.  ASP is a real problem but surely someone will take it for $1.

Could someone please advise as to the rules of the debenture.
