On April 5, 2016, the Company purchased two properties from the Lessor for $1,202, pursuant to the master lease agreement. In May 2016, the Company entered into two leases for properties in Corona, California, which were leased pursuant to the master lease agreement. In addition, the Company entered into two leases for properties in in Portland, Oregon, and Tempe, Arizona, which have monthly payments ranging from $19 - $29 for periods of 60 to 84 months.

Looks like the Arizona facility is going to be next.
